Posisi: Personal Banker / Relationship Manager (PB/RM)
RM Requirements :
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent PC literacy
- Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Experiences in related area (Relationship Manager/Personal Banker, Account Officer)
- Posses good sales and servicing ability to achieve target & objectives
- Proactive, full of initiative and capable to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
RM Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain and to enhance prime customer’s business growth
- Achieve target for new customer
