Job Title : TREASURY STAFF
Directorate : Finance
Location : Jakarta

Scope of work:
The incumbent will be responsible to manage the operational liquidity of the company by monitoring, allocating, and executing funds according to company’s operational requirements and further to place the excess or idle cash in secure financial instruments. He/She has to prepare report and provide support data for external and internal reporting requirements and to update and maintain safekeeping of data and documents of Treasury related activities. In additional, he/she also be responsible in facilitating the operational activities that deal with banks as well as reducing risks associated with operational activities on assets and company by enrolling in variety insurance coverage.

Requirements:

  1. Education : Min. Diploma majoring Accounting / Accounting from a reputable university.
  2. Experiences : Min. 3 – 5 years relevant experiences in Accounting / Banking
  3. Computer Literate : : MS Office, Lotus Notes
  4. Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
  5. Other qualifications :
    • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels
    • Good in the team work, dead lines and work load
    • Good problem solving skills
    • Good in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
    • Good understanding in treasury, accounting, banking, financial, insurance and pension fund regulations will be more preferable
    • Understanding of Cement manufacturing

Job Title : QUARRY OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT
Directorate :RMX & Aggregates
Location : Maloko

Scope of work:
The incumbent will be responsible to manage the operation of Quarry Development, drilling & blasting, loading and hauling in Maloko Quarry. He/She also has to plan, direct, organize, supervise and evaluate all activities in Quarry Maloko ( production, quality, maintenance, sales, administration, safety & environment) to achieve budgeted profitability in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  1. Education : : University graduate majoring in Mining Engineering.
  2. Experiences :
    • 1 year in current position.
    • 8 years experiences in Mining industry or quarry
  3. Computer Literate : MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point),
  4. Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
  5. Other qualifications :
    • Having licence in Technical Mine Manager certificate, Shot Firer Certificate and OHS Certificate
    • Good interpersonal and communication skill
    • Good in analytical & problem solving skills
    • Leadership skill
    • Knowledge in Cement Manufacturing process (preferably)
